She has worked with a diverse range of clients, including some of New Zealand’s leading brands, to meet their needs and help their businesses grow. She provides great service and support to the Ideas Shop team, making sure we have the tools and resources we need to deliver excellent service to our clients.

Rachel has extensive knowledge and experience in customer service and how that affects brand - particularly in new online mediums like social media. In her former life she was instrumental in the strategic development of Te Papa’s successful tours business, which is now a core service of the museum.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Education from Victoria University and a Certificate in Office Systems from Eastern Institute of Technology.
