BarCamp Runsheet
BarCamp is being held from 9.30am – 12.30pm on Wednesday 23 June 2010. If you have any last-minute issues or questions text Emma on 021 204 7376
Here’s how the day will run:

| 9.33am | Reminders, explanation of sign-up process by Emma McCleary |
| 9.35am | Sign up time - BarCampers write up their presentation topics onto the schedule to develop the programme for the morning. |
Details about the presentations
The Communications Lab has four separate spaces, three small and one large. There is a full suite of technology, which means we can cater to PPT presentations (saved in compatible format) and you can access the Internet. People are welcome to do more than one presentation.
It's crucial that if you're presenting that you keep to time - this was one of the biggest pieces of feedback from last year - that people wanted the BarCamp to stick to time.
Drinks and snacks are served throughout the BarCamp (sugar galore + some fruit) but we'll take a little break in the middle to to make sure you have time to use the bathroom without missing anything.

At 12.20 Emma and Mark will wrap up the BarCamp and thank our band of merry helpers. We'll also give you all a goody bag to take home.
